very cute. ;] and everything the tourists said was true. its all about perspective... i've often felt like a foreigner or an ex-patriat new yorker living on jersey soil. its hard to get used to garbage pails brought to the curb and the darkness at night on streetcorners. and i hated the small cups of coffee and slow meals in france.
btw, i didnt have air conditioning until i married a jersey boy. until the really bad heatwave around 2000, new yorkers didnt have air conditioning. it is nice! it took me a while to accept it though.
