sleepymaggieI don't know how many of you read Penny Aracde -- but I think this might make sense even without the context.
I'm listening to their comic podcast (basically they record the conversation while they create their comic) while I edit my papers. Apparently the two creators (Tycho and Gabe) lived together in an apartment. Tycho just explained how, for an entire year, he used to get up earlier than Gabe and turn on all the hot water taps so that all the hot water would run out. Gabe apparently just thought they had horrible plumbing -- and he remembers commiserating with Tycho about how much the plumbing sucked.
Wow. You have to be really spiteful to spend a year making sure your good friend couldn't ever take a hot shower.
