Remember that, although you're not accustomed to taking master's exams, the faculty members are accustomed to grading them. Anxiety is perfectly normal. They'll have seen it, and all its epiphenomena, in students before.
My dissertation director actually fell asleep during my orals. I found it immensely reassuring. If there had been danger or suspense in the room, surely she couldn't nod off, I thought. And lo and behold, six months later she did the same during the orals of a friend of mine. The orals were a terrifying rite of passage for me, but old hat for my director.
