There are lots of charities out there. I wanted to point out one that I think is one of the best. Every year Child's Play (run by the people at the webcomic Penny Arcade) runs a toy drive for children's hospitals all over the world (including hospitals in Canada, England and even Egypt).

Over three years they've collected over a million dollars in toys and donations. What makes this a particularly good charity is that there are no "administrative fees" involved -- everything you donate goes right to the kids.

So, I just wanted to announce this to everybody. If you are interested in giving to a charity this holiday season, you might consider this one.
