I need something to happen. I need the walls to be less bare. I need to be utterly and totally interested in something again. Actually lots of things, but for right now I'll take one thing. I need to start and finish something. I need to bring something to fruition.

I've found that a nice blood splatter can freshen up a room.

You know, even a blood splatter would probably be pretty good now -- or even just a splatter of blood red paint. We live in a below ground apartment, which means lots of wall space and few windows. I'm torn about putting something on them because we're moving in a few months (hopefully).
