Help Us Out
Feb. 16th, 2009 10:07 amPat and I are moving across the river to Highland Park. We need to find someone to move in with Hil so that both our new apartment and our old home can be happy and paid for. Here's the ad Hil put together; anyone interested or know someone interested?
------
I'm looking for a single person or couple to share a three bedroom townhouse in Somerset with myself and one cat. The spacious master bedroom and private master bathroom are available, which also includes a walk-in closet. Downstairs is a full kitchen, half bathroom, and a combined living room and dining room with enough room available for a one bedroom apartment's worth of furniture. There's a cable modem and wifi network.
Housemate(s) must be tidy and highly tolerant of alternative lifestyles. May have up to two cats but no dogs. I'm on a regular daytime schedule, though it's not necessary for the housemate(s) to be.
Rent is $1500 and will be going up to $1600 in June per my lease schedule. Utilities and water are extra, though sewerage and townhouse fees are included. Security deposit is one month's rent and no pet deposit is required. Expenses will be split two or three ways depending on if it's a single or couple.
The townhouse is conveniently located in Somerset NJ near the Somerset Diner. It's also:
* Within easy reach of a Super Stop n Shop and multiple stores and restaurants.
* About five minutes in each direction to exit 10 on I-287 and New Brunswick
* About equidistant (15-20 minutes) from Exits 9 and 10 on the NJ Turnpike.
* 10-20 minutes from all Rutgers and UMDNJ New Brunswick and Piscataway campuses.
* 10 minutes from the New Brunswick train station.
* One hour drive to NYC and one and a half hour drive to Philadelphia.
