32 Days

I made a slight miscalculation in my adding up of days -- so we end up with 1 day left on the day we actually leave.

So. 32 Days.

11 days till papers are due and classes end
16 days till my last day of work

After that it's a matter of packing and cleaning and giving/throwing stuff away.

Whoops. That means I really should get that lease to you guys. I'm very sorry - it seems to have slipped far down the priority list after the verbal agreement.

My dad wanted a couple small things changed and I just did that and sent it to him. We changed alterations to alt. + painting and put in with prior approval of owner (he said painting in any light color will be fine). Also, he wanted a thing saying we wouldn't do illegal drugs so he couldn't get in trouble. I broadened it to say Owner takes no responsibility fo rany illegal activities we may or may not engage in...let's see if he likes that phrasing.
