sleepymaggieToday I managed to do laundry, clean up the kitchen, bake a pie, and still function, all while feeling melancholy.
Melancholy is such a great word.
The pie smells fantabulous. I don't want to let it wait until circle tonight, I want to eat it nowish. Instead I will come up with ideas for FSG, puzzle out more ideas for a newsletter (or perhaps website), and hit myself over the head with ADF stuff.
The garden is coming along lovely. Between the five of us (including molly and pat now) we managed to dig another bed and get the first few seeds in the ground. We have a plan for a perenial herb garden. Kt is mad about flowers. I'm crazy about veggies.
I've also managed to sell books on amazon. I'm trying to get rid of all the books we really will never read again, like textbooks and books meant for very specific classes. Doesn't mean we're getting rid of the whole collection, just weeding.
